Fundamental mathematics
Master with a research specialisation (R) offered by universities Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris-Diderot and Paris-Dauphine.
Students can prepare for fundamental research in all aspects of mathematics: mathematical logic, algebra, algebraic geometry, number theory, cryptology, real and complex analysis, functional analysis, partial differential equations. During the second year, students prepare a master’s thesis which constitutes an initiation to research.
